Quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night for a layover. We chose this hotel for it's location and it had a free breakfast which offered English breakfast and continental breakfast. This was really nice! The gentleman who checked us in late when we arrived was very helpful! Told us we could get an Uber for cheaper than a taxi, which we did. We also were able to walk down the street to an Arab restaurant at midnight to grab a bite to eat. It was delicious and maybe a bit sketchy as it appeared to have some nighttime "workers" hanging out on the corners down the road from us. Made us a little nervous when walking past them.

On arrival we were given an upgrade because it we were in London for my daughter's 18th birthday. I had asked at time of booking if its possible for a birthday banner to be put up in room but they had actually blown up ballons! Great surprise! Kevin at reception was very kind and friendly too. Very helpful! Lovely breakfast served by a lovely kind lady who's name we didn't get unfortunately. Plenty of choice too. Comfortable room on ground floor with access to a little courtyard which would be lovely to sit out in the summer time.

Gilmore

Our stay was a delight overall. The breakfast provided was truly wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally family-friendly and kind throughout our stay. The hotel's proximity to various attractions made it a convenient choice, with easy access via bus or train. I would also say this was a very clean hotel which is something anyone traveling truly values.

David

Great location close to the train and underground rail, close to shops and restaurants. The room was small, however, we did get an upgrade and appreciated a bit extra space. English breakfast was freshly made and served to your table. The area was quiet and we felt safe walking at night time.

Shirley

The full breakfast was great - we were expecting a continental breakfast. The location was perfect as we were near 3 tube lines as well as Paddington train station with express trains to Heathrow airport. The room was kept clean every day. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
